I am currently a Master's student at UC Santa Cruz studying Human Computer Interaction. Previously I graduated with a Cognitive Science and Psychology degree from UC Santa Cruz where I learned the mental processes behind a user's behaviors, actions and decisions while they interact with a product or service. I then worked in Adora Winquist (an educational and e-commerce platform) as well as Alborz Team LLC (immigration company) as a UX researcher where I utilized data analysis and user research to make design recommendations based on actionable insights. I have also established UX standards, design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to maintain consistency and coherence across the organization. Consequently and I have found my passion in design where I can effectively employ my research skills and user way of thinking into creating meaningful and more inclusive UX designs.
